TERMS & CONDITIONS
A LEGAL DISCLAIMER
BOOKINGS FEES
Your booking fee is non-refundable but will be deducted from the final price of the treatment
on the day of your appointment. I require a minimum of 48 hours for any rescheduling. Any
cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the value of
the treatment. No-shows will be charged 100% of the value treatment. Rescheduling of your
initial appointment may be done once only.
CORRECTION WORK (for permanent makeup)
If booking a new procedure, you must not have had any previous permanent makeup in the
same area. If you have a previous work in the area, please do not book via the booking
system and make sure to contact Belen’s PMU Studio directly to discuss. If you book without
discussing this with Belen and it turns out that I cannot work on you, your booking fee will be
lost.
ARRIVALS AND LATENESS
You must arrive 5 minutes earlier than your confirmed appointment time. Appointments are
booked for specific time slots, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will
be cancelled, and you will need to pay a booking fee for another appointment if you wish to
reschedule after arriving late. Please arrive on time to avoid the loss of your booking fee and
the cancellation of your appointment. In cases for lash appointment, you need to assist with
clean lashes.
CHILDREN & GUESTS
You need to assist to your appointment alone. Children and guests are a distraction to the
artist.
PAYMENTS
All payments are to be made in full before leaving the premises. Cash, bank transfer and
card payments are accepted.
LASH INFILLS
Infills are based on full sets only and are not available on half sets. Any infills over 21 days or
less than 40% remaining will be charged as a full set. I do not infill another technicians work.
TERMS & CONDITIONS - THE BASICS
Having said that, Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) are a set of legally binding terms defined by you, as the owner of this website. The T&C set forth the legal boundaries governing the activities of the website visitors, or your customers, while they visit or engage with this website. The T&C are meant to establish the legal relationship between the site visitors and you as the website owner.
T&C should be defined according to the specific needs and nature of each website. For example, a website offering products to customers in e-commerce transactions requires T&C that are different from the T&C of a website only providing information (like a blog, a landing page, and so on).
T&C provide you as the website owner the ability to protect yourself from potential legal exposure, but this may differ from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, so make sure to receive local legal advice if you are trying to protect yourself from legal exposure.
